Visit the winery - Roman Castles

• Arrival in Frascati, at the winery in the morning, commence the visit to the historic winery.

Possibility of arriving in Frascati by train and then moving to the winery with our transfer, also possible pick-up from Rome or option with your own car.

• Visit of the cellar, the production plants, the barrel room and the amphora cave

Nestled in the hills of the Roman Castles, the winery has been committed for years to the conservation of the vines typical of the area and the introduction of valuable non-native species to obtain a product of the highest quality.

The tour will allow us to immerse ourselves in the everyday work of the cellar, we will witness the stories of the producers who will accompany the walk, the visit to the plants up to the barrique cave where precious wooden barrels are kept.

The premises, almost all entirely clad in stone, retain their historic structure while being adapted to modern needs to make them perfect for aging the excellent wines that the company produces.

During the tour we will visit a small part of the vineyard overlooking the beautiful panorama of the Roman Castles which slopes down towards Rome.

Once the tour is completed, we will move to the panoramic restaurant overlooking the endless vineyards in the  hills of the Roman Castles. Lunch will be served consisting of two dishes with typical products of the area accompanied by the tasting of wines from native vineyards.

At the end of the tour it will be possible to buy wine directly from the cellar with a 20% discount.

This tour is available every day, booking at least one week in advance is required. Price for person.
