Coropuna

Located in the Pietralata area, Coropuna is a Peruvian restaurant that offers a cuisine called Tekkei, which is a mix of Peruvian dishes with Japanese techniques and more. It also has a Polynesian-themed Tikibar for after dinner. Among the very particular dishes of the Tekkei cuisine you can find the Amazonian ravioli with shrimps and hearts of palm, tuna tataki the traditional Ceviche, fish cubes marinated with lime juice and tropical fruit. Among the alcoholic beverages, on the other hand, you can find mixes based on Pisco, Sake or a Japanese liqueur or Agave, the plant that produces tequila.

In this modern restaurant decorated with tropical plants, two very different cultures come together and new flavors are discovered that allow guests to travel with their thoughts.
